Lets just say MBT like stepping in and lacing up a lil bit of heaven on your feet. they are soo light and they got great ankle support. They do run a lil bit on the large side but overall best shoe out there right now and they are worth da money!

I can walk for a long distance and my legs and knees do not hurt. I like them so well that I bought a pair for my daughter, who is a nurse, and has sore knees from being on her feet for 12 hours. She loves the mbt shoes as much as I do.
