This coming January, Nike's futuristic Air Flightposite II LE returns. Kevin Garnett hooped in these as a signature model in Minnesota, but now that he's moved on to lifetime contract with Adidas, these are coming back with a few updates for 2010.Gone is Garnett's name from the upper and tongue tab, as well as the "Official Block Family" reference on the pull tab. We saw a similar tactic used for the Air Max 3, formerly the Garnett 3, which has also been retroed as of late. While KG's name may be removed, Flightposite is still the choice material for the upper's construction, and Zoom Air technology can be found in the sole. If you are waiting on this Nike, Foot Locker will have these available on January 16th.This is definitely a choice retro for some, but do they carry the same weight without KG's namesake?
